WHAT’S THE DESIRE MAP?

The Desire Map is a “portal” to live your life following your Core Desired Feelings, your “preferred states of being”.

Imagine a GPS to your heart.  A roadmap where you can choose if you want to walk on the “Happy trail”, “The Radiant Avenue”, “The Freedom Alley, “The Shakti Path” or ‘The Daring Route”.

This is what the Desire Map is all about: creating goals with soul and embodying your chosen Core Desired Feelings (CDF’s) on the way to get to your goals.

WHAT’S HYGGE?

Hygge is a Danish concept of living one’s life connected to oneself and others (pronounced “HUE-gah”).

It’s a FEELING word for a mood of coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment.

Hygge refers to “a form of everyday togetherness”, “a pleasant and highly valued everyday experience of safety, equality, personal wholeness and a spontaneous social flow”

COMMITMENTS SUMMARY

COCOON mentoring is built to add on top of each month. It’s a 6 months mentoring program.

Layers after layers, just like a cocoon.

 

For change to last, you need to put yourself first (Month1). It’s the slow drip and daily doses of it that over time are the real game changer.

For change to last, you need to change your mindset (Month 2). Desire Map is not something you squeeze on your agenda. It’s what makes your agenda, your hours, your days, your weeks. It’s a way of life. Just like hygge living. It’s not about the number of candles, it’s why you lit that candle at this moment that makes it count.

For changes to last, you need to slow down. (Month 3)

Why? Because when your world is spinning around you, your resistance will come to protect you (that fly or flight response). You need a palette of tools, tips, new sciences and easy practices.

For your life to shift you need to (Month 6)

WHY 6 MONTHS? 

IT TAKES TIME TO ACQUIRE NEW HABITS TO UNDERSTAND, PRACTICE AND FINALLY INTEGRATE NEW THOUGHTS, NEW BEHAVIOURS IN THE LONG RUN.

It takes time to redesign your life in a meaningful way, to dive into soul-searching, cocooning, and transforming.  

MONTH ONE:

THE SEEDS OF CHANGE

UNDERSTAND THE SEEDS OF WHAT IT IS YOUR WILLING TO GROW. KNOW YOUR WHY. (SPOILER ALERT: YOUR DESIRES ARE ONE OF THEM)

This first month together is crucial to explore what’s behind, underneath layers of should & must. You have a deep and unwavering sense that there’s still more meaning, more depth, more truth, more You to be revealed — and you want to connect with it, know it, feel it, be it. During our first month together we are going to assess what’s working and what’s not working in your life, how you currently feel in the place you call home and how it affects your current life “momentum”.

You have this strong conviction that you are more, you deserve more, you can’t pinpoint it better than “This, not this“. That’s what I did. And I know how difficult and frustrating sometimes it can be because it’s not always “convenient” to pioneer something new for yourself.  It’s not always our natural first impulse to operate from love rather than fear. Especially for ourselves, women.

MONTH TWO:

THE SOIL [NURTURE, RINCE, AND REPEAT]

We are malnourished, if not starved when it comes to compassionate self-acceptance and awareness. Self-care is key. The atmosphere that you create for yourself is important in getting you into the mindset for seeking hygge and cultivating intentionality.

We yearn for simplicity when we are entering unexplored territories, but we struggle to find it. We ache for clarity. And it’s an inside job that begins and ends with You.

As you’ll dive deeper into your Core Desired Feelings you’ll create a rich fertile soil to plant the seeds you discovered in Month 1. Hygge concept will give you some solid ground to anchor this deeper. You *know* hygge when you feel it.

MONTH THREE:

THE NURSERY [TOOLS & PRACTICES]

While awareness is the first step to creating transformation (What if I’m not limited What if I could create that shift. What if I could look at it differently. What if you could remember your future.), you need a palette of tools to open to the field of possibilities. Let’s pause for a moment if you reading this and your primal reaction is “What the heck is she talking about/”. Even if you’re currently feeling cornered, you have a field of possibilities at any given moment of your day. The best practice is to act as if you’re already what you desire. So the Nursery is where I will share more details with all my creative and amplitude tools practice. 

MONTH 4:

PRUNING [THE HEALING EFFECT OF COMBO DESIRE MAP + HYGGE FOR YOUR SOUL]

There is a space in our hearts – that special place that knows we are home in our heart center. We are connected content, present and happy. This is the whole point of Desire Mapping and hygge philosophy. In month 4 you know your CDF’s (Core Desired Feelings) very well, you learned and practiced how to level your energy and your daily life with this new way of thinking and being. Those past 3 months were crucial to not only “know” but to “know how”.

In a life crisis, it’s not enough to know, you need to know how.

Month 4 is about energy exfoliation and reality pruning. Exfoliating your old habits, possibly (depending on the depth of your own work) traumas and scars, pruning what no longer works for you while doing it this time with love, not fear. Getting more clarity about what you truly need and desire to let go to allow what you seek to seek you.

MONTH 5:

BLOOMING

Once you understand, practice with all the tools and tips you are now equipped and start mastering the art of saying “no” with love, you can now create space for you to breathe, for your energy to circulate, and for your life to bloom among a field of possibilities. You create goals with soul

Blooming is when you start to consciously witness the changes you planted and realize that all the connections you made over the last past months lead you to fully understand that you are the creator of your life.

You are the wood pulp, the paper, the ink, the words and imagery you use to write your own life book. You are the seed, the soil, the container, the nursery, the gardener and his outer and inner knowledge. Month 5 is to fully experience and appreciate all that you’ve nourished that once was felt as sheer chaos.

MONTH 6:

THE HARVEST

This is our last month together. This is when all our work together comes together.

This is celebration month. All your wins, big and small. You no longer second guess yourself. You know how to create a cocoon for yourself to go back to within yourself and in the place you physically live.

You are ready. Ready to harvest the fruits of your deep soul work. You are no longer on auto-pilot. You know how to steer your life in the direction of your vision. You put yourself first for the good of others. You know that everything can change again, but this time you are ready.

You are no longer afraid. You moved from Scared to Sacred. You know your worth. You realized that you’ve been assigned that life mountain to prove that it could be moved. You did it with grace and gumption.
